That is the role we created Construction Concierge to fill. Independent, experienced, and accountable to you alone, we manage the entire undertaking from first conversation to final handover, drawing on years of relationships with the finest builders and designers in the business.

Meet Charlie + Vlade
We’ve spent our careers in and around property with Charlie in real estate and Vlade renovating and developing homes of his own. Between us, we’ve sat on every side of a building project: buying, selling, designing, building, and coordinating the people who bring it all together.
That vantage point showed us the same thing again and again. We watched owners commit their savings and their trust with no real way to know if they were making the right calls. We saw quotes that couldn’t be compared, builders who went quiet, budgets that blew out, and good projects that turned stressful, all because no one was responsible for holding the whole project together. No one was aligning the right people, and protecting the owner’s best interests from the outset.
We knew we could do something about it. We had the network, the knowledge and the instinct to step into that gap and be the person on the owner’s side of the table that we’d always wished existed.
We believe that anyone undertaking one of the largest investments of their life deserves a single, expert advocate on their side.
So in 2020, we created Construction Concierge, an independent service that manages the entire process on the property owner’s behalf, drawing on years of relationships with the finest builders and designers in the business, answering solely to you.
