Meet Charlie & Vlade
We’ve spent our careers in and around property with Charlie in real estate and Vlade renovating and developing homes of his own. Between us, we’ve sat on every side of a building project: buying, selling, designing, building, and coordinating the people who bring it all together.
That vantage point showed us the same thing again and again. No one was aligning the right people, and protecting the owner’s best interests from the outset.
We knew we could do something about it. We had the network, the knowledge and the instinct to step into that gap and be the person on the owner’s side of the table that we’d always wished existed.
So in 2020, we created Construction Concierge, an independent service that manages the entire process on the property owner’s behalf, drawing on years of relationships with the finest builders and designers in the business, answering solely to you.
Most people don’t know a construction concierge exists. Once they do, they can’t imagine building without one.

We work the same way. Our builders pay us, because we bring them consistent, well-considered work and take care of everything they’d rather not — the client communication, the coordination, the admin — leaving them free to do what they do best: build. And because they compete for your project, their pricing stays sharp. Our clients’ find it on par or better than going to the market directly, with our entire service included at no cost to them.
