An alterations and additions project in Northmead, extending a family home from three to five bedrooms with a new living area, master ensuite and pool.
The Brief
The clients had lived in their architect-built Northmead home since 2019 and liked the property overall, but with two children and a growing need for space and entertaining, they’d outgrown it.
The goal was to add two bedrooms and a living room, taking the home from three to five bedrooms, along with a master ensuite and a new pool.
The Wishlist
The clients wanted:
– A two-storey extension adding two bedrooms and a living room
– A new ensuite off the master bedroom
– A new pool
– More living space overall, from three to five bedrooms
– A design consistent with the existing architect-built home
