This is the first and arguably most important step of our process. During this stage we will connect you with a building consultant to work with you to learn about all the key elements of your project – such as why you want to renovate, what your non-negotiables are, how you would like to see the process unfold, key budget information and more.
Our goal during this phase is to understand your upcoming project as well as you do so we can effectively execute the next steps and get your project started off on the right foot. You will also be able to ask our construction project management consultants any questions you have to ensure we are the right fit for each other, and move onto the next steps with confidence.
