Selecting a designer is another important part of your project journey and one that will play a major role in determining how your project looks and feels. We have created our process to make this stage as simple and seamless as possible, and to mitigate any potential issues that could arise. After our initial face-to-face meeting, we will present you with cost estimates from three to five different design teams within our network – for both architecture and interior design, as needed.
Once you are happy with the quote and portfolio of one or more of the design teams, we will organise face-to-face meetings, site visits to current and previous jobs and time for you to speak to previous clients if you wish. You will then select which design team you would like to submit a formal tender for your project. Once you decide which design team you would like to work with, you will sign the quotation and the contract and the work will be booked in to start on your home renovations Sydney.
