An apartment renovation in Fairlight that brought a cohesive, modern update to the kitchen, living and outdoor spaces.
The Brief
The goal was to bring a fresh, practical update to the kitchen, living and outdoor spaces of a Fairlight apartment, with a consistent design theme tying each space together.
The clients wanted a home that felt efficient and stylish, without unnecessary embellishment.

WHAT WE DID
Construction Concierge facilitated the design and construction team the project needed to bring a cohesive update across the kitchen, laundry, living and outdoor spaces.
We facilitated the design team for the project and provided ongoing support as they developed the kitchen redesign, including the matte cabinetry, white countertops and under-cabinet lighting, and the built-in dining seating and joinery. The goal was a neutral, functional palette that felt consistent from room to room.
When the design moved into construction, we facilitated the build team and provided ongoing support through the kitchen and laundry renovations, the custom joinery, and the landscaping and decking that transformed the terrace into a private outdoor extension of the living space.
Throughout the project, the clients had guidance across every stage, from early design decisions through to the finished result, while we helped keep the design and construction teams working towards the same cohesive outcome.
The Outcome
The result is a Fairlight apartment with a consistent, modern design theme running from the kitchen through to the outdoor terrace.
The kitchen and laundry were brought up to a modern standard, and the terrace was transformed into a usable, low-maintenance outdoor space. The clients gained a home that feels efficient, stylish and cohesive from room to room.
