A renovation in Rose Bay that delivered a master bedroom with custom joinery, a marble and limestone ensuite, a children’s bathroom and a reimagined pool area.
The Brief
The goal was to update the home with spaces suited to both family living and personal relaxation, including a master bedroom with custom joinery and ensuite, a children’s bathroom, and a reimagined outdoor pool area.
The Wishlist
The clients wanted:
– A master bedroom with custom joinery and a handcrafted bedhead
– A marble and limestone ensuite with a freestanding bathtub
– A children’s bathroom with natural stone and custom cabinetry
– A retiled pool area with mosaic tiles
– New timber decking around the pool
– Frameless glass pool fencing
WHAT WE DID
Construction Concierge facilitated the build team needed to deliver the renovation, and provided ongoing construction support throughout.
We facilitated the build team for the project and provided ongoing support through the master bedroom renovation, including the custom-fitted wardrobes and handcrafted bedhead, and the marble and limestone ensuite, with its freestanding bathtub and custom vanities.
Alongside the master suite, we supported the delivery of the children’s bathroom, chosen for its durability and everyday practicality, and the pool area renovation, including the mosaic retiling, new Tallow wood decking and frameless glass fencing.
Throughout construction, the clients had support at every stage, while we helped keep the build on track and the team working towards the finished result.
The Outcome
The result is a Rose Bay home with an updated master suite, a practical new bathroom for the children, and a reimagined pool area built for entertaining.
The master bedroom and ensuite were finished with custom joinery and natural stone, the children’s bathroom was upgraded for durability and everyday use, and the pool area was retiled and re-decked with new fencing. The clients gained a home that suits both family life and personal relaxation.
